Ruby has always had a vast range of creative interests, but a couple of years ago began making jewellery and was delighted to find the one creative outlet that makes her heart pump. Something that she can see herself doing until the end of time. Inspired by the concept of adding value to natural elements in the form of wearable designs, Ruby’s practise echoes an array of influences. She is currently studying an Advanced Diploma of Jewellery and Object Design at Melbourne Polytechnic and is excited about all the possibilities and opportunities this year will bring. Ruby strives to create each piece with intention, love and care. Every item of jewellery begins as a design in her journal followed by many hours in the studio... and then to you.
