Through traditional holistic therapy we can see such profound changes in the way people experience life. In clinic, I see people presenting with insomnia, anxiety and depression, and I treat each person holistically through Traditional Naturopathic, and Medical Herbalist, ideas, tools and techniques.

Traditional Naturopathy returns people to nature, it is a truely holistic therapy and encompasses everything (including complementing western medicine when needed). Every aspect of our lives influences our overall health and happiness, so it is essential to treat the whole person, rather than any issue in isolation.

From a young age I was taught through traditional medicine, to look at where the connection is lost in order to offer help and in order to help a person reconnect - that it is fundamental to our health. Connection to self, to nature, to our ancestors, to each other, to our environment, to our universe.

My approach to health and happiness grows from the idea we are all individuals. Each of us is unique and special, but also intrinsically connected and a part of everything around us. By taking the time to look into all these areas, as well as all the clues the body is telling us, iridology and functional testing and utilising naturopathic tools and plans, such as - nutrition, mindfulness, meditation, movement, bodywork, herbal medicine, we can work with the body to bring balance.

Finding time to nurture and nourish our bodies… which includes finding joy and having fun.

Our relationship with ourselves, our mind and our spirit is intrinsically linked with our food choices, and our personal, professional and social environments.

Feel better. Let go of judgement and reconnect.

 What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a suite of different practices that support the body’s inherent ability to heal itself.

Naturopaths take a holistic approach to wellness… including nutrition, but not only nutrition. Your story, relationships, symptoms, life style, motivations, blocks are all important, so we listen to a full case take for an hour, on the first consultation.

Naturopathic treatments work with the body, to boost the body's natural healing potential, restoring harmony and preventing disease.

Using the healing power of nature (herbal supplements, healing balms and oils, food as medicine, mindfulness and meditation) and gentle therapeutic techniques (massage, iridology, nutritional support and lifestyle counselling), the body, mind and emotions can begin to heal.

Naturopathic principles are based on treating each person as an individual and treating the whole person, not just the affected area.

Naturopathy can alleviate a wide range of conditions and is suitable for all ages.

Some of the more common conditions I have assisted people with include anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue, stress-related ailments, digestive problems, PMT and general aches and pains. However, you do not need to be unwell to benefit from naturopathy.
