Feel the sensation of your weight on the seat or floor.

Notice the flame twinkling, Just breath. Imagine a warm light entering your body through your head and slowly filling your body like golden honey, slowly flowing through you. Gently nourishing and filling you with its golden light. Just breathe. Noticing and witnessing yourself and your connection to all that's around you in this moment.
You are the same as the flame , as the tree, as everything in nature. breath in this connection, this feeling of really knowing we are all the same, all a part of each other.
Sit a while, in this space. Take this presence into your day.
