I love food preparation and getting my fridge and cub boards stocked for busy weeks. I would love to help you do the same. Its easy and so yummy when you know how. I’ll show you how to plan and food prep for the week ahead, based on nutrition to optimize your health. The classes are kept small, so bookings are essential.
These classes are all about making cooking fun, and giving you the confidence to make healthy 100 % plant based meals to fuel your week.

The lesson may include:
· 2 - 3 hours of guided instruction that will include hands-on prep and cooking
· Yummy food as medicine seasonal Plant based Recipes ( no animal products used in these recipes)
· Knife skills (chopping, dicing, how to hold a knife, etc)
· Information about healthy cooking techniques (steaming, sautéing, etc)
· Must-haves for a healthy kitchen
· Nutrition tips
· Recipes that are nutritious, plant based, sugar free and gluten free.
