I would like to invite you to join my beautiful, multi modality clinic and apothecary located in Fairfield, Melbourne.

The clinic is situated amongst a great local hub of cafes and community feel, with good access to trains . The clinic is one of the original buildings in this strip so filled with character and love.

Sisu Botanicals offers a peaceful, light-filled, grounding environment with high attention given to the feel of the clinic.

My aim is to provide practitioners with a quiet, warm and beautiful space to happily practice their craft in a supportive and professional environment.

I really want to create a supportive community for practitioners and clients.

This is a small clinic and wellness shop front, there are two furnished rooms available for rent:

• Access to room as early till as late as you require on your day/s

• EFT machine.

• heating

• Access to full dispensary (Naturopathy)

• Fresh flower arrangements weekly and clinic is filled with plants.

• Clearing resins daily, house made on sight by Sisu botanicals

• Front shop and large garden available for workshops/meditations

• Profile and articles able to be published on Sisu botanicals website and socials

• NBN Internet

• Optional use of booking system

• Room 1 Electric Massage table

•Room 2 - Comfy counselling chairs

• Sisu botanicals made blended teas designed by myself a traditional herbalist to compliment your treatments and your day

• Building offers beautiful and welcoming shop front, reception area, back garden, and kitchen

Rates
$130 (plus GST) per day access is whenever you wish to work to and from.

Rent paid in advance monthly PCM.  

$100 (plus gst) half day morning 7:30- 1:30pm, afternoon / evening 1:30 - 8

sorry we don’t offer by hour room rental

Casual sessions available ( ie less than once a week)

Half days $120 +gst

Full days $140 + gst
